Waterloo is part of a family owned Group and has extensive manufacturing facilities at Aylesford in Kent and Holten in eastern Holland with a combined workforce of nearly 200 employees. We market our products in 46 countries through a network of our own dedicated salesforce, agents and local manufacturing licensees across Europe, Asia, the Middle and Far East, Russia, the Pacific Rim, as well as North America.

Waterloo provides a stunningly comprehensive and world renowned range of air terminal devices, complimented by our latest technology post - conditioning equipment. In addition, we recognise innovation and quality in other manufacturers, and supply ranges of products that fulfil our stringent requirements for customer satisfaction.

Value in design
Waterloo has many strengths. One of our most valuable is our ability to meet the requirements of our customers however demanding, with unbiased and authoritative advice, and the expertise to efficiently design, manufacture and test products and projects from the smallest to the largest and most complex. From initial concept to final completion and installation, Waterloo is committed to working in partnership with our customers to achieve the best value in design.


Development
Waterloo has a progressive and innovative research and development programme which includes significant investment in the design, testing and launch of carefully selected and specified products. In many ways the construction industry has become over-complicated. Part of our development programme aims to simplify the construction and installation process, and substantially contribute towards making the construction process more efficient, while retaining the highest levels of product quality.


Project management
Without the most careful project management, even the best of companies may fail to deliver their expected level of service to customers involved with complex and drawn out projects. At Waterloo, our management system allows us to confidently and consistently design and deliver products to customers installing such projects. Projects that may involve novel solutions, or that may take many months to complete are thoroughly planned and produced by Waterloo providing consistency in quality and service from the first delivery to the last.


Testing and environmental facilities
Product verification remains a fundamental element in providing high levels of customer satisfaction. Waterloo has one of the most sophisticated testing laboratories in the industry, providing verification from the most basic to sophisticated aerodynamic, environmental and acoustic tests. Tests are carried out to relevant national and international standards, backed by our registration to BS EN ISO 9001:1994, with external bodies such as BSRIA, Lloyds, DNV and BBA assisting in the verification


Delivery
Waterloo understands that best value solutions to customers problems does not end at the factory gate. Valuable time can be wasted on site with fixing staff being delayed by late and erratic arrival of components. We realise it is essential to provide fast predictable and reliable delivery of components to site, and we have worked hard to make our delivery service clearly the best in the industry.


Communication
At Waterloo, we see no need to inconvenience our customers by requiring them to fit into our own pre- conception of how we want them to deal with us. All of our dedicated staff on our Trading Floor are fully trained to make Waterloo easy to trade with. No matter whether you contact us through our switch board, on our direct dial order Hot-Line, by e-mail, letter or by fax, we strive to give efficient, uncomplicated and friendly service.


Quality
Statements of commitment to quality have become commonplace in industry, but the understanding of true quality and its relevance to consistency and maintenance of high and complex levels of service is rare to find. Not so at Waterloo. Of course we are registered to BS EN ISO 9001:1994. Providing customers with World Class service requires constant vigilance and monitoring, not only of the products themselves but also of our internal processes and systems. Waterloo takes on and manages difficult and complex tasks to provide all of our customers with a friendly and efficient service that consistently delivers products that are ideally fit for purpose.
